Supporting trans women is not elective or additional, it is a core element of feminism. If you can’t see that trans women are oppressed specifically as women then you haven’t done the work & research that you should. This goes for all feminism but for radical feminism especially tbqh. 

I want to clarify that my intention with this post was not to somehow to relieve all other branches from dealing with their transmisogyny by shifting responsibility elsewhere; it was to point out that it should be fundamentally clear to all feminists who analyze based on material conditions, like radical feminists do, that in every conceivable way, including the political, trans women are women, and that supporting women is not an elective element of any feminism; it is inherent.
